Antimove
Privacy Policy
Effective: July 25, 2026
1. Who we are and what this policy covers
Antimove (“we,” “us,” or “our”) develops and publishes mobile applications, including Chess Flick and AutoSpecs, and operates antimove.com. Antimove is the controller of personal data that we determine how and why to process.
Questions or privacy requests can be sent to hello@antimove.com.
2. Data processed when you use our apps
Depending on your device, location, consent choices, and the features you use, the following categories of data may be processed:
- Device and app information, such as device type, operating system, app version, language, and general device settings.
- Advertising and similar identifiers, including the Android Advertising ID where available.
- Approximate location inferred from information such as your IP address. We do not request precise GPS location for advertising.
- Advertising interactions, such as ads displayed, impressions, clicks, and conversion or attribution information.
- Technical and diagnostic information, such as IP address, crash information, performance data, and fraud or abuse signals.
- Your privacy choices, including consent signals and whether advertising personalization is permitted.
Our apps do not require you to create an Antimove account. Please avoid sending personal or sensitive information through support communications unless it is necessary for us to help you.
3. Advertising and personalization
Our apps use Google AdMob to provide advertising. Subject to your consent choices and applicable law, Google and participating advertising technology providers may use device identifiers, local storage, app activity, advertising interactions, approximate location, and other information described above to:
- select and deliver personalized or non-personalized ads;
- measure ad performance and audience engagement;
- limit how often an ad is shown;
- detect fraud, abuse, and security incidents; and
- improve and report on advertising services.
Personalized ads may be based on information collected over time, including your activity in apps or on websites, interests, approximate location, or demographic information. Non-personalized ads are based primarily on contextual information, but may still use identifiers or local storage for functions such as frequency capping, aggregated reporting, and fraud prevention.
Learn more about how Google uses information for advertising and review Google’s Privacy Policy.
4. Consent in Europe
In the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland, our apps use a Google-certified consent management platform to request choices where required before personal data or device storage is used for personalized advertising. Consent choices are communicated to Google and participating advertising technology providers.
You can consent, decline consent, or manage purposes and providers through the European regulations message. You may withdraw or change your consent at any time through the privacy options entry point provided in the app. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that already occurred while your consent was valid. Depending on your choices, ads may be non-personalized or limited.
5. Our purposes and legal bases
| Purpose | Legal basis where applicable |
|---|---|
| Personalized advertising and related storage | Consent |
| Operating the app, providing requested features, and support | Performance of a contract or steps requested by you |
| Security, fraud prevention, diagnostics, and legal compliance | Legitimate interests or compliance with legal obligations |
Advertising providers may identify additional purposes and legal bases in the consent message and their own privacy notices.
6. Sharing and service providers
We may share or allow access to data with Google, advertising technology providers selected in our consent management settings, hosting and technical service providers, professional advisers, authorities where legally required, and a successor in connection with a business reorganization. The current advertising providers and their purposes are shown in the app’s consent message where applicable.
We do not sell personal data for money. Some privacy laws may define targeted advertising or certain disclosures to advertising partners as “selling,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising.” Where required, we provide the relevant choices.
7. Retention and international transfers
We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes described here, including security, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Retention periods vary by data type and provider. Advertising and technical providers retain data under their own policies.
Providers may process data outside your country, including in countries with different data protection laws. Where required, transfers are protected using recognized safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
8. Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:
- access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal data;
- restrict or object to certain processing;
- withdraw consent at any time;
- opt out of targeted advertising or certain sharing; and
- complain to your local data protection authority.
You can change app advertising choices through the privacy options entry point in the app. Android also provides controls for the Advertising ID and ad personalization in device settings. To make a request to Antimove, email hello@antimove.com. We may need to verify your request and may retain information where legally permitted or required.
9. Children
We do not knowingly use personalized advertising for users identified as children or collect personal data from children in a way that is not permitted by applicable law. Where an app or user is treated as child-directed, we apply age-appropriate advertising settings and privacy protections. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal data can contact us to request review or deletion.
10. Website data and cookies
This privacy policy page and antimove.com do not contain advertising tags or consent-message tags and do not use advertising cookies. Our hosting provider may process basic request and security logs, such as IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamp, and error information, to deliver and protect the site. We do not use this website data to personalize ads.
11. Security and policy changes
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
We may update this policy as our apps, providers, or legal obligations change. We will publish the revised policy here and update the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated in our apps where appropriate.
